Privacy

These notes describe the Untoz Clip website and the local-first 1.0.0 release candidate. They are not a substitute for the licence, which is still a draft.

Who publishes this

Untoz Clip is published by Untoz Media Group, Portugal. This site is served at https://clip.untoz.site/.

This website

The site is static. It has no account, no checkout, and no analytics or advertising scripts. Pages are HTML, CSS, a small script for the menu and the download button, and self-hosted fonts. The download button does not start a file transfer while the installer is unpublished.

The Windows app

Untoz Clip 1.0.0 is local-first. Recording, replay, Smart Clips, Smart Reframe, the clip editor, and export run on your Windows 11 PC. Your videos are not uploaded by this website, and the app is built so that clipping work stays on the machine.

Captions and Whisper

Captions can use optional local Whisper. That transcription runs on your PC. It is not required to use the editor or to export.

What this page does not claim

There is no published price, customer list, or telemetry dashboard behind this site. If a later version of the app adds a network feature, this page should be updated to say so. It does not invent a data inventory for features that are not in 1.0.0.

Support

The installer links to support.html. Do not send footage to anyone unless you have chosen to share that file. A direct support email is not published here yet.
